I had a young mechanic friend, David Nash, (future step-son) give this new Mini Pump a run through as he has 2 very different H-D bikes and this is what he told me.
“I pumped the deflated front tyre of the Pan America (120/70 R19 60V) and it took 3 Minutes 40 seconds to inflate from 0 to 36psi.
It doesn’t have its own power supply and requires hooking up to the battery. On that note, a lot of newer bikes run the charging port through a body control module, so when the bike is running that port has no power, something to be aware of if you didn't want to drain a battery with it hooked up. So you would need to wire the supplied wiring direct to battery power if you wanted to use it with the bike running.
The Mini Pump will fit in my jacket pocket and the Pan America has plenty of storage. The Low Rider however, has no storage standard, but, I have a handle bar bag on mine that it will fit in.
Based on my experience, it would fit under most sport bike rear seat compartments.”
